Yahaan Sabhi Apne Hi Dun Mein Diwaane Hain
Yahaan Sabhi Apne Hi Dun Mein Diwaane Hain
Kare Wohi Jo Apna Dil Theek Maane Hain
Kaun Kisko Poochein, Kaun kisko Boley
Kaun Kisko Poochein, Kaun kisko Boley
Sabke Labon Par Apne Taraane Hain
Sabke Labon Par Apne Taraane Hain
..............................................and that includes me. Selfishness seems to have a Gaussian membership for an average person.

One doesn't realize it until there's jolt. But even then we are so much like robots that no matter what happens, after sometime we go back to our routine unthinking ways .....and get too busy to live with people. A numbness sets in. There seems to be no other way to live.
Example :Ironically it's often the case that one will be too busy to visit a sick person but not for a funeral.

We often confuse selfishness with focus. Sometimes, focusing on a task at hand can isolate you from the world, and people (or even you, yourself) may think you're selfish. That's not really true. We all tend to address the "present", before thinking about the "future". That is what life is about Aadi. Because we don't expect that anything bad would happen in the future.

But when something bad happens, occasionally, we look into the past and blame ourselves for being self-centered. We forget that whatever good happens, also happens because of the efforts that you've put in.

Death is inevitable, and hence we should make it a point to spend time and lovely moments with people close to us. Celebrate life while you can. And as far as I know you, you always do that. But don't let it break your focus, because your life has a purpose too, and you need to achieve your goals.

totally agree with the post and Tapasya's comment..
Never getting so engrossed in self pursuits so as to loose all connections with the outer world is the key. However it might inevitably happen sometimes.. and when you get back from such instances..keep this eternal truth in mind for further journey ahead :)
