actually I was wondering if it is possible to do so.. we try both ways.. nd then feel tht both shud occur simultaneously. but the duality sometimes breed confusion which infact shud not.. and thus I was trying to get some clarity. Hence tht was the expression of contemplation :)
Reply [Bhushan] I guess duality is not possible in case. Or at least rarely possible. A good conversation could make u feel in touch with yourself and the other person but sometimes you may just not feel like it!
