What matters

It's not always the big things. It's not the strangers at work place. It's the everyday things with people who are part of our everyday life that matter the most. Just because they will understand doesn't mean we should concentrate on the rest...it just gives us more of a reason to take care in those little everyday actions...they would appreciate at heart and we would also feel much better.

  4. Nicely written .... but just wanna differ ..whats most important is to convey the feeling and when someone can understand it then why to show it ..... people who are part of life would equally appreciate the feeling even if not shown ....

I disagree,"when someone can understand it then why to show it" is the basic concept of taking people for granted.
    Actions speak louder than words.
But what i meant in this post is that even they do know and understand, its still good to put in a lil extra effort for close ones if it would make them happy than to put in that effort for superficiality and people who hardly matter

  6. Thats sad :(
We usually take people who are part of our life for granted. On the other hand we spend time, trying to impress strangers, trying to win some more hearts .... without valuing what we already have :(

  8. yea adi, u said it right,
taking ppl who matter to u , for granted, may hurt one...
so telling them explicitly sometimes, lets them feel that u value them
