Novels, the storybook land of wonder leave a part of themselves within us.
But in music we leave a part of ourselves
Ultimately going back to those phases whenever we read or hear that piece.
Or get transformed by mood, thought or action in first go.

At times to me it surpasses even beauty

I remember discussing this once. I guess creativity is the all that we need to stay happy. Just a few lines of good poetry/prose and a small tune can give you a million time more happiness than a Chervolet ride to Radissons or an MIT degree.

Sp true..creativity in a lot but so is love and friendship and emotions...creativity comes below these but above materialistic pleasures....
